Our recruitment process
Step 1
Application
Team reviews your application.
Step 2
Screening call
If your application is suitable we will contact you via email to schedule a screening call.
Step 3
Assignment
Once we have chatted the People team will prepare a summary for the hiring team. If they see a good fit for the role, they will send you an assignment
Step 4
Interview 1 and 2
If you have been shortlisted after the challenge you will most likely have 2 interviews with the team and we will keep you updated along the way.
Step 5
Offer
If you are successful we will call you with an offer following an email to work out your start date and all other fun bits and pieces
