We want to ensure that each new hire feels in tune with our culture. Our recruitment process is set up to make sure you are the right fit for the job, and we are the right fit for you! Here’s a taste of what you can expect during the hiring process.
An average recruitment goes like this:

01 The application
Whether you’re referred or apply on your own initiative, we review every application by looking at skills, experience, education, and drive in hopes of finding the best match for each role.

02 The intro call
If we like what we see from your application, we’ll email you to set up a call to get to know you better, hear about your motivation for joining our team, and get an idea of how you might apply your skillset to the position.

03 The case
At this point in the process, we’ll likely ask you to complete a small assignment prepared by your potential future teammates. The challenge reflects tasks similar to what the role includes. While we’re looking to see how you apply your skills, we also want you to have fun with it!

04 The interviews
We usually conduct two interviews for candidates who are shortlisted after the assignment. During these interviews, you’ll most likely meet with your future manager and teammates. This is a chance to ask questions, share anecdotes, and let your personality shine!

05 The offer
Congrats — you’ve made it to the final stage! We’ll call you with an offer, followed by an email to work out your start date and other final touches.
