Regional Logistics Specialist (Latin America)

We are seeking a compliance-driven Regional Logistics Specialist to architect and oversee our supply chain infrastructure in Brazil and support other new markets. This role is the critical link between our global operations and local regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for stock replenishment and order management in local warehouses while maintaining "bulletproof" trade compliance to ensure our goods move across borders without delay.
Please note that we are hiring for this role in the São Paulo area.
What you will be doing
Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management
Brazil: Set up and manage our RADAR license. Monitor SISCOMEX entries for accuracy, manage the Habilitação tiers, and ensure all import declarations (DI/DUIMP) align with financial reporting.
New markets: Support the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in new market expansion, ensuring operational readiness based on the local market regulatory requirements
Customs Brokerage: Vet and manage local customs brokers in responsible markets, auditing their performance and ensuring Harmonized System (HS) codes are classified correctly
Procurement, Order Handling & Systems Integration
Ensure stock replenishment is on time and received under warehouse SLAs.
Data Integrity: Ensure real-time inventory synchronization and troubleshoot order errors between the 3PLs and our global OMS (Linnworks). Assist in customer returns.
Work with IT and Finance to ensure that local tax requirements (like the Brazilian NF-e / Nota Fiscal) are triggered correctly upon order fulfillment.
Develop and oversee KPI’s that provide visibility to logistics and fulfillment performance, warehouse SLAs, and other service partner metrics.
Supplier Sourcing & RFP Management
Lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process for 3PL providers, local packaging suppliers, and print partners in both Brazil and support new markets
Negotiate contracts that balance cost-efficiency with the high-service levels required for direct-to-consumer and B2B distribution
Marketplace Logistics (Amazon/FBA/Retail channel)
Strategize and execute the logistics flow for Amazon FBA or other b2b distribution channels in Brazil and new markets.
What skills and experience we think you have
Location: São Paulo (remote)
Language Mastery: Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is non-negotiable. Spanish is a plus!
Deep knowledge of local market trade compliance and in-country operations. To include HS classification, documentation requirements, customs valuations (medical device experience a plus)
Regional Expertise: 5+ years of experience in LATAM trade compliance.
Software Proficiency: * Direct experience with Linnworks (or similar OMS like NetSuite)
Hands-on experience with RADAR/SISCOMEX (Brazil)
Plus if you have experience with VUCEM/SOIA (Mexico).
Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of LATAM import taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS in Brazil
Experience coordinating and communicating with global internal partners to ensure alignment on compliance and supply continuity needs.

We're a remote-first company with team members across multiple countries. For this role, we're looking for someone based in São Paulo, Brazil to support our regional supply chain and logistics operations.
