Growth Manager - Brazil

We are looking for a Growth Manager – Brazil, based in the São Paulo area, to build and operate Natural Cycles’ digital growth engine in the Brazilian market. In this role, you will drive efficient user acquisition, activation, and conversion by managing paid advertising, CRM, and conversion rate optimization.
Working in a zero-to-one environment, you will design, launch, and scale the growth machine from the ground up—establishing the infrastructure, experimentation frameworks, and performance channels needed to successfully grow Natural Cycles in Brazil.
What you will be doing
Paid Acquisition
Own and manage paid user acquisition across key digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms)
Design and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on scalable growth and efficient customer acquisition
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance
Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and Brand Coordinator to develop high-performing creative assets
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Design and manage CRM strategies to drive user activation, engagement, and retention
Build and optimize email, push notification, and lifecycle communication flows
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and user engagement through targeted messaging
Monitor lifecycle metrics and optimize communication strategies based on user behavior
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Own the optimization of the user journey from acquisition to subscription
Design and run CRO experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels
Use tools such as Lovable and Cursor to build the conversion funnel and test improvements quickly
Implement and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates
Growth Infrastructure & Experimentation
Build the foundational growth infrastructure for the Brazilian market, including tracking, analytics, and experimentation frameworks
Define growth hypotheses and run structured experimentation cycles
Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across acquisition and conversion funnels
Collaborate with global teams to adapt and localize growth strategies for Brazil
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue
Build dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making
Identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Country Manager to align growth strategy with overall market goals
Collaborate with global growth, marketing, product, and analytics teams
Partner with Social Media and Brand teams to ensure strong alignment between brand and performance marketing efforts
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all campaigns and communications comply with local regulations and company quality standards
Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system in order to comply with all applicable regulation and standards, especially ISO 13485
What skills and experience we think you have
Experience
5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Proven experience managing paid acquisition channels and scaling performance campaigns
Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools and strategies
Strong experience running CRO and experimentation programs
Experience in digital products, subscription businesses, or mobile app
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of growth metrics and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Experience with experimentation tools and CRO platforms (e.g., Lovable or similar tools)
Ability to design and execute structured growth experiments
Strong understanding of digital attribution, tracking, and analytics
Profile
Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in early-stage environments

Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Location
This is a remote role based in the São Paulo area. While we don’t have a local office, your closest collaborators are based in and around São Paulo, and you’ll be part of an international team primarily located in Stockholm, Sweden. We value in-person connection when possible, and there may be occasional opportunities to meet with colleagues locally or travel for team gatherings.
