Marketing Operations Project Manager

The mission of this role is to keep marketing campaigns running smoothly, on time, and with excellence—owning the details so creative ideas can come to life. As the operational backbone of the Growth team, the Marketing Operations Project Manager drives clarity, structure, and accountability across every phase of execution. From timelines to processes to cross-functional coordination, this person ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will be doing
Act as the day-to-day project manager for integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid media, social, influencer, partnerships, affiliate, offline, etc.)
Develop and improve creative workflows, ensuring requests, briefs, specs, timelines, and stakeholder reviews are clear and aligned
Maintain the creative marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are accurately scoped, resourced, and prioritized, complete with timelines and due dates
Serve as the logistics point person for creative productions like photo and video shoots—handling details like props, locations, shot lists, and timelines
Own and manage the end-to-end creative routing, review, and approval process, ensuring timely feedback loops across stakeholders and final delivery that meets brand standards and deadlines
Work closely with Global Marketing counterparts to ensure global campaigns and market-specific needs are harmonized, balancing priorities and managing workloads to align with business needs
Support partnership campaign execution, including short-term and longer term collaborations with hardware partners & others
Experiencing in assisting in coordination of major moments like tentpole marketing events, new feature or product launches, and 360° brand activations
Manage and prioritize ad hoc requests among other projects and product initiatives
What skills and experience we think you have
3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, account management, creative project management, or similar role
A natural organizer who can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
Obsessed with efficiency—you're the one who says “there’s a better way” and makes it happen, whether through process, automation, or organization
Exceptional communicator and collaborator who keeps cross-functional teams aligned
Comfortable managing timelines, tools, and creative assets from start to finish
Scrappy, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Experience in DTC, health tech, femtech, or working with global marketing teams is a plus
Familiarity implementing/using project management tools like JIRA, Notion, or Asana
Bonus: Experience coordinating with creative agencies or managing light production work (photoshoots, video, etc.)

Location
We are remote-first, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person from time to time. Most of the team that you will work with is based within commuting distance of NYC.

Salary bracket: $85,000-$105,000
