As a Financial Controller you will work with the accounting team on internal controls and risk management, you will take part in month- and year-end closings and participate in audits, as well as, from an accounting perspective, analyze the financial flows between our different erp-systems. You will participate in different projects to improve, streamline and automate our manual work processes. Be part of the accounting team’s mission in managing a growing Natural Cycles’ financial landscape, incl. reporting accurate and timely figures and connecting with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Be a part of developing and improving internal controls and risk management

• Participate in leveraging the functionality of existing ERP-system to improve processes

• Co-operate with external accounting firms in accounting questions

• Manage Consolidation of the Group

• Analyze and reconcile the financial flow between our erp-systems to ensure correct book-keeping (sales, vat and receivables towards PSPs)

• Analyze reports for legal vat and reporting to SKV

• Approval of Month end BS reconciliations

• Legal reporting (VAT, moss, F-skatt, Import VAT, SCB-reports etc)

• Work with month-end close, year-end close and assist in the annual audit.

• Support and work closely with Head of Group Accounting and team members in various projects

What skills and experience we think you have

• Background in accounting and controlling 4-5 years

• Good understanding of accounting and controlling practices.

• Driven, independent, detail-oriented, well organized with willingness to learn various processes and operating procedures

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities

• Team player, highly motivated and excited to work with a small and talented cross-functional team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in relevant software and technology.

• Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 is valued, but not required

• Strong Excel skills

• Genuine interest for Natural Cycles’ business and mission.

Location

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Finance team you will work with is located in Stockholm, and the team occasionally meets in the office for collaboration and face-to-face time.
