Natural Cycles is looking for a dynamic Content Creator in NYC to produce engaging, organic video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. As one of the on-camera "faces" of NC°, you’ll create both long and short-form content tailored to each platform.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Social Media Manager, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Community Manager and play a key role within our marketing team. We're seeking a creative, confident storyteller who is passionate about Natural Cycles' mission to revolutionize women’s health.

What you will be doing

• Assist with social media strategy. Develop concept for shoot and edit organic video content for YouTube, Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok, and Facebook in both short and long formats.

• Be on-camera for most videos, bringing Natural Cycles’ mission to life.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Manager, Graphic Designers, Community Manager, and the wider marketing team to brainstorm and execute video concepts.

• Create content optimized for each platform, using audience behavior insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide your work.

• Experiment with A/B testing to refine content formats and maximize engagement.

• Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant and to drive brand awareness and NPUs. Drive new initiatives to increase the Company’s visibility and success on relevant social platforms.

What skills and experience we think you have

Technical skills

• 2+ years experience in content creation for social media

• Strong ability to shoot organic, high-quality content.

• Confident and engaging on-camera presence.

• Proficiency in video editing, ideally using one or more of the following:

  • Adobe Premiere

  • Final Cut Pro

  • AfterEffects

• Understanding of editing techniques such as seamless transitions and pacing.

• Digital storytelling skills with the ability to work within brand guidelines.

• Bonus: Basic graphic and motion design skills.

Soft skills

• Open to giving and receiving feedback.

• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.

• Detail-oriented and highly communicative.

• Strong collaborator who thrives in a team environment.

• Comfortable discussing topics related to women’s health and sex education.

Salary bracket: $74,000 - $84,000
