We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in paid advertising and a strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid social advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and utilizing data to drive strategic decisions.
What you will be doing:
Paid Social Ads Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid social advertising campaigns.
Creative development: Create compelling ad copy and visuals, set up targeting, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal results. This position will be responsible for the creative strategy for their managed platforms.
Performance Analysis: Utilize Excel to track and analyze key performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to make informed recommendations for optimizing ad spend and improving ROI. Identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously A|B test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid social ad strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives. Share insights and collaborate on integrated campaigns.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid social advertising to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
What skills and experience we think you have:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social ads.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in hands-on paid social ads management and Microsoft Excel. Ability to create and analyze pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective ad content.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
