Customer Support Agent - Native English and fluency in Spanish

We are looking for a service-minded person who would like to join our Customer Support team in promoting women’s health! As a Customer Support Agent, you will play an important role in the company as you are communicating directly with our Cyclers (users) and educate them in a pedagogical way about our product and their bodies.

Working in a team that helps Cyclers use a revolutionary contraception product is both fun and challenging at the same time. We place our Cyclers at the heart of everything we do and aim to provide the best possible support for them, therefore we love to be proactive and strive to improve our way of working by encouraging every team member to share their ideas and experience.

What you will be doing

  • Accurately respond to Cyclers’ and potential Cyclers’ questions via email and our social media channels.
  • Answer questions, give advice and support in queries on topics such as the menstrual cycle, payment, using the app, logistics etc.
  • Engage with our Cyclers and build a long term relationship to create memorable interaction with Natural Cycles
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of our product, policies, and marketing strategies
  • Contribute to identifying areas of improvement with the Cycler journey in focus
  • Share findings within the company

What skills and experience you should have

  • A very service-minded person who truly cares about outstandingly good service
  • A team player who is driven by helping people and delivering excellent customer support
  • Great written communication skills
  • Native English speaker and preferably fluency in Spanish
  • A pedagogical approach and attentive to customer needs, expectations and emotions
  • Confidence to make independent judgements to resolve customer questions
  • Actively working on improving the customer support
  • Familiar working with computers and specifically G Suite

You might also have

  • Previous experience in the healthcare field or (health) education field
  • Previous experience of working in Customer Service/Support
  • Fluent/native level of any of the following languages: Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese
