Natural Cycles is one of Stockholm's hottest startups and the world's leading startup in the area of contraception and reproductive health. Besides providing women with a life-changing tool to monitor their fertility, the application is also a unique research platform yielding exciting new clinical data on a regular basis.
We are a team of 4, passionate about people, culture and always caring in delivering the best experience for candidates and employees. With the talent acquisition team you will work on developing the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, training interviewers on best practices and developing our employer presence on the relevant digital channels.
What you will be doing
- You will create, implement and execute a scalable recruitment strategy and process
- You will own the full recruitment cycle, you will (list non exhaustive):
- Partner with hiring managers to define and understand their recruitment needs
- Decide on the best recruitment process to find top talents for each position
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
- Make offers to all selected candidates
- Build and execute a digital employer branding strategy align with the company’s culture and identity
- Events: Define and enhance relations strategy with relevant universities, schools, companies or organisations to meet talent acquisition needs
This activity will be managed with the team to ensure consistency in employer branding activities across departments.
- Create and lead trainings on recruitment best practices for all our employees.
What skills and experience you should have
- You have a min. of 5 years experience in leading recruitment activities for a fast growing company
- You have a significant experience in sourcing candidates on different digital platform and leading interviews
- You are a passionate communicator, you can pitch the company in few words and adapt your speech to your audience
- You are able to lead the recruitment for +10 open positions in different areas of expertise
- You are creative and disruptive in your recruitment
- You care about delivering high quality work
- you document and keep track of all your activities
- you follow up with all candidates

- You can make quick and smart decisions
- You are not afraid of taking decisions and responsibilities
- You appreciate teamwork and sharing your knowledge, as much as learning from your peers
