Where are you from?
I was born in Malmö, but I grew up in Japan and France. My family and I moved to Stockholm when I was 17 and I have lived here since then. I love living here and I consider it my home. I think it’s amazing to live in a capital city where you can go to work at a tech startup, have a nice meal, go to the movies, and swim in a lake all in the same day.
Tell us about your work at Natural Cycles.
As a copywriter in the Marketing team, I mainly work with ads and social media. Most of the teams here work with copy in some way so I end up getting involved with other lots of other projects, which is a lot of fun.
Why Natural Cycles?
Being able to combine creative work with a cause that I really care about is a dream come true. I didn’t think that I would be able to combine the two but Natural Cycles made it happen 💜
What has been your favorite project so far at Natural Cycles?
If I had to pick just one I would have to say the informative videos that my team puts together. They are so much fun to brainstorm with and it’s amazing to see our work come alive in the beautiful videos that Astrid, our designer, creates.
What’s one thing you’ve learned during your time at Natural Cycles?
I didn’t know that your cycle can’t sync with women you spend a lot of time with?! I feel like a lot of my friendships have a much weaker foundation now.
Favorite feature in the Natural Cycles app?
I love the reminders, especially the PMS one because that can really sneak up on me.
“Wuthering Heights” by Kate Bush.
“If my life wasn't funny it would just be true, and that is unacceptable” - Carrie Fisher
What’s your go to-place to eat in Stockholm?
I love the Reuben sandwich at Pascal in Odenplan and the parmesan croquettes at Centan in Bagarmossen.
Tell us about your hobbies?
I love pop culture. I love to consume it, I love to read about it, and I love to write about it. Keep a lookout for my future thesis on why it is impossible that Dan was the real Gossip Girl. It couldn’t be him, and I will prove it.
I also enjoy cooking.
